Jamhour Alumni, US Inc (JAUS) is a nonprofit alumni association established in 2004 under New York State law. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and nonpolitical organization, it was founded by a group of Jamhour Alumni (Anciens de Jamhour) with the mission of supporting needy students attending their alma mater, Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour, in Lebanon. The Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour is operated by the Jesuit order of the Catholic Church. The funds raised are used to bolster education in Lebanon for the people who need it most. The JAUS community spans the entire country and organizes an annual dinner for alums to meet up in New York, as well as smaller events across the country.
