Nada graduated from the Institut Sainte Anne de Besançon of Beirut in 1974. She attended law school at the Université Saint Joseph (USJ) in Beirut where she obtained a degree in Lebanese Law and a Master’s in French Law in 1978. She later went back to school in New York – where she has been living since 1981 – and joined the LL.M program at Fordham School of Law, graduating in 2007.
Nada has been involved in the Jamhour Alumni US association since its founding in 2003 and has been the main event planner for its yearly reunion and benefit dinner. Nada is also member of other US based charities focused on helping Lebanon. Over the past few years, she has personally worked on promoting Lebanon’s culture and history and has given lectures about Lebanon’s heritage.
She is married to Jamhour alumnus Gabriel Sara (class of1972) and they have three children: Albert (1982), Aline (1984) and Paul (1990).
