Mr. Sayegh is an Attorney and Senior Director with Alghanim Industries, a Kuwait based family conglomerate with presence in over 40 countries, where he covers a wide range of legal matters as required by the diverse portfolio of businesses that Alghanim Industries is involved in. Prior to his current position, Elias was an Attorney in the New York office of King & Spalding LLP, an international law firm where he focused finance transactions including various types of acquisition financing and private equity work.
Elias also worked in Lebanon as an attorney in training with the law firm of Khattar associates and as a Structured Finance Associate with BSEC – Bemo Securitisation SAL, in Beirut, Lebanon, where he helped structure securitization transactions in the Middle East.
Elias graduated with a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and holds a LL.M degree in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University Law School. He also holds a LL.B in French and Lebanese law and a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration from Université Saint Joseph in Beirut. He is a member of the New York Bar and the Beirut Bar Association.
He graduated from Notre Dame de Jamhour in 1996 and has been a member of the board of Jamhour Alumni US since 2010 serving as President between 2013 and 2015.
